Meet a small group of people at the meeting point in downtown Bangkok at 6.30 am, hop on an air-conditioned van and drive approximately 45 minutes to Ban Na Kwang Station to catch a local train to Maeklong Railway Market. Marvel at the intricacies of these markets and the people. This market is called on Thai Talat Rom Hup, which means "Umbrella Pulldown Market". It is one of the largest fresh seafood markets in Thailand and is located on the route of the Maeklong Railway. Whenever a train approaches, the awnings and shop windows are retracted from the rails and must be replaced as soon as the train has departed.

After exploring the railway market, continue to visit the floating market Damnoen Saduak. The market was featured in several films.
